Ms. Frey holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Towson University, and an M.F.A. in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University. A member of United Scenic Artists Local #829 and Theatrical Wardrobe Union Local #764, she currently resides in New York City.
